Birthday Match
Happy Birthday from GBU Life! As a gift from GBU Life to you, we would like to extend the opportunity to participate in a Birthday Match. Make a donation to your favorite 501(c)3 organization on your birthday and we will match your donation up to $100! After reviewing the donation options available and making your donation, complete the application below. You have until the last day of the following month to submit your application. For example, if your birthday is in February, you have until March 31 to apply. You must complete an application below in order to qualify.
Terms and conditions for this programs are based on funds availability and are subject to change at any time.
Ways to Donate:
FACEBOOK BIRTHDAY FUNDRAISER
Start a birthday fundraiser on Facebook. Take a screenshot of the results (including how much money was raised and the date of the fundraiser) and upload it during the application process. For this, we will match up to $250.
MAKE AN ONLINE DONATION
Don't have a Facebook? No problem. If your selected organization takes online donations on their website, you can make a donation there and upload your receipt during the application process. If the organization does not issue receipts, take a screenshot of the confirmation page after the donation is made.
WRITE A CHECK
You can also just write out a check to the organization and mail it to them. You must submit an application, that way we have the information we need to match it. Please do not send the donation check to us.
